Park Spring Dr., Lee's Summit, Missouri-Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working at the edge of a roof surface approximately 7-10 feet without proper fall protection.

Park Springs Dr., Lee's Summit, Missouri-Employees were using a portable ladder for access that did not extend 3 feet above the surface being accessed.
