29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined at least daily before being placed in service:       a.  1955 Buford Mill Drive, Buford, GA (Retail Store) - The employees were exposed to hazards associated with not ensuring the safe operation of the powered industrial trucks.  Employees/Freight Crew operate the powered industrial trucks for retrieving and stocking items on to the racks.  The employees were not performing daily inspections of powered industrial trucks before operating, on or about December  13, 2013.           Lowe's Home Center, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315737155, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4950 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia.
