29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:       a)  Between the First and Second Floors -A plumber was observed using the stairs which was not equipped with a standard handrail exposing them to a 10 foot fall hazard, on or about 12/17/13.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
