29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed:  Grinding and screw machines departments, Cincinnati in/thru-feed centerless grinders, Brown & Sharpe screw machines: on December 17, 2013, authorized employees locking out production machinery for servicing and other setup tasks were not inspected periodically (at least once per year) to ensure their level of proficiency in the hazardous energy control procedures implemented by the employer to ensure sufficient level of protection and compliance.
