29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) Micro Center, Inc. at 8000 E. Quincy Avenue, Ste# 100 in Denver, CO: On and before 12/19/13, the employer did not ensure that the width of the exit access was at least 28 inches in the warehouse. Employees use the aisles where Dell laptops and desktop computers are stacked approximately 13 inches away from the toner cartridges. This condition exposed employees to a fire and egress hazard.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Micro Center, Inc. at 8000 E. Quincy Avenue, Ste# 100 in Denver, CO: On and before 12/19/13, the employer did not ensure that storage of materials in the warehouse was secure. Dell laptop and desktop computers were stacked on top of each other over 12 feet high and created a struck-by hazard associated with the unstable stacking. This condition exposed employees to a struck-by hazard.
