29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):   Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.    a) Worksite, Recycling area: Where employees are required to perform repairs and maintenance on equipment such as Granulators, Metal Separators, Color Sorters with multiple energy sources such as, but not limited to electric, pneumatic, and mechanical. The employer did not develop, document and utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 12/20/13.   Note: The employer is required to  submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
