29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets   1) McDonald's Restaurant, 611 West Taylor Street, Griffin - Employees were working on a roof about 17 feet high without fall protection, while installing TPO roofing material of the building.  Employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
