On or about December 23, 2014, employees in the Small Recovery Shop were exposed to eye contact hazards from various substances contained in waste solvents.  An eye wash that was installed along the northeast wall of the shop was obstructed from immediate use by a 55 gallon drum, a drum dolly, and a pedestal fan.

An electrical receptacle on the north wall (below the fluorescent light bulb) did not have protective covers.   E. The enclosure for an incandescent light bulb, located above the solvent holding tanks, was missing a cover to seal the light fixture.
