29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:     (a) Extreme Paint & Drywall, Inc @ 14057 E 141st Ave, Thornton, CO 80602:  On and before December 18th, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that, an employee painting trim on the edge of the roof was not wearing a fall harness. The condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
