Employees were exposed to an approximate 13 foot fall hazard while erecting a wood scaffold without fall protection. 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds:   a)  2 Church Street, Montclair, NJ.   Competent person on this jobsite did not determine if fall protection was feasibility and safety to be use by his employees erecting wood scaffold, thereby exposing the employees a fall hazard approximately 12 feet 10 inches to the ground below.                                                    Violation observed on or about 12/26/2013.
