29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     (a)  In the CNC department, the Kiwa CNC vertical mill exposed employees to moving parts in that the door was able to be opened during operation and was open to accommodate a hydraulic hose attached to the fixture.     (b)  In the CNC department, the Fanuc SL 25 BMC had the door interlocks turned off allowing employees to open the door during operation exposing them to moving parts.
