(b)  RESERVE AT SPRING POINT, BUILDING B, SECOND FLOOR - Employees worked on the second floor of the structure where no fall protection was being used to protect the exposed sections of the outer perimeter, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately eleven (11) feet to the ground below, on or about December 30, 2013.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
