29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors:    Boiler Room:    1)          A drum being coated with Rustoleum Lockseal was not grounded.      2)          Rustoleum Lockseal was being painted onto the inside of a drum too close to the boilers.     3)          Adequate ventilation was not provided while spraying Rustoleum Lockseal on the inside of a drum.    A worker was burnt on his face and hands while coating the inside of a drum.
