BFS Foods, Inc.; convenience store area - On or about 1/3/14 and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from fall ceiling tiles.  The roof leaked causing water to break the interior ceiling tiles.  The ceiling tiles had fallen due to the weight of the water from the roof leaks.   Devices such as shields, barriers, and/or restraints were not utilized to protect personnel from the falling ceiling tiles.
