On or about 1/7/2014 employees at the Charter Oak Federal Credit Union construction project were exposed to fire hazards.  60,000 sqft jobsite was not provided fire extinguishers.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): There was not at least one fire extinguisher located adjacent to stairways on each floor of a multistory building.    On or about 1/7/2014 employees at the Charter Oak Federal Credit Union construction project were exposed to fire hazards.  Three story jobsite was not provided fire extinguishers.    Enterprise Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.150(c)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 490098, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/25/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Ludlow Street, Stamford, CT 06907

Employees were engaged in construction activities near uncovered holes.
