29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):   Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.  On 1/03/2014, an employee from Caliber Cast Stone was exposed to point of operation hazards.  A table saw, Model G1023RLX was in the wood working area and did not have a guard in place, which completely enclosed the portion of the blade above the table or the material being cut.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):   The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded.   On 1/03/2014, an employee from Caliber Cast Stone was exposed to point of operation hazards.  The Grizzly Drill Press located in the wood working area did not have a guard installed on it.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):   Exposure adjustment. Safety guards of the types described in Subparagraphs (3) and (4) of this paragraph, where the operator stands in front of the opening, were not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel.  On 1/03/2014, Caliber Cast Stone had not installed tongue guards on a bench grinder in the wood working area.
