29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):   (a) 3rd Floor Room #2 -  An exit sign posted in this sleeping space directed the employees to a window leading to a fixed fire escape to be used for emergency egress, on or about January 8, 2014.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(3): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of the appropriate equipment:  (a) Workplace - Designated lead staff employees described in the employer's fire safety plan had not been provided training in using portable fire extinguisher equipment, on or about January 8, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
