29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(1): The equipment in service was not inspected each month in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section (each shift).  a) 4487 Venicean Road, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243: On or about December 31, 2013, employees were exposed to capsize, crushing and struck-by hazards while operating a Koehring 305 Crawler Lattice Boom Crane that had not been inspected monthly.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
