29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iii)(A): A lock and a tag were not placed on each disconnecting means used to deenergize circuits and equipment on which work was to be performed:  At the time of the inspection the motor driven augers on bin 1 and bin 15 were down for maintenance of the motors and the cutout was not secured with a lock and tag. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.
