29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded:  (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 420 Ward Farm Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employees using a Rigid (Model #GP90135A) 9-Gallon Air Compressor were exposed to amputation hazards when the moving belts and pulleys were not guarded.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    (a)  Roof, new residential construction located at 420 Ward Farm Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127. Employees were exposed to falls while engaged in residential roofing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof at heights of approximately 19 feet with no fall protection system in place.
