(a) In the wood shop - On or about January 9, 2014, the electrical equipment, saw frame and bottom purlin that was around and next to the radial arm saw had accumulation of combustible dust from 5/16 " to over 6 inches. (b) At the powder coating booth - On or a about January 10, 2014, the duct under the booth had an accumulation of combustible dust of over 1 inch on top of the duct and over 1/8 inches on top of the booth and the floor of the booth.
