29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(ii): Flammable and combustible liquids were not stored in containers or portable tanks which complied with subdivisions (iii) thru (v):  North-West corner of the shop at Diesel Doctors located at 12252 N. 153rd Circle, Bennington, NE:   The employer failed to ensure that containers of flammable and combustible liquids were stored in appropriate containers and / or tanks. During the inspection used motor oil from the vehicles being repaired was being stored in open 5 gallon buckets next to gasoline and other flammable liquids. The employer does not have an approved storage room or area for the storage of flammable and combustible liquids.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  At Diesel Doctors in the shop area: The employees working in the shop did not have a readily accessible portable fire extinguishers. The employer only had one fire extinguisher in the shop which was a 5lbs. ABC extinguisher that was on a storage rack. The shop is approximately 70 feet wide by 250 feet long with one exit door at each end of the shop length wise.
