29 CFR 1910.94(c)(7)(i): Clean fresh air, free of contamination from adjacent industrial exhaust systems, chimneys, stacks, or vents, was not supplied to the two detail rooms in quantities equal to the volume of air exhausted through general dilution ventilation.     The detailing and washing halls,    On or about December 5, 2013 there was no mechanical make up or exhaust ventilation available as required by most of the employer's (material) safety data sheets to prevent harmful build up of air contaminants.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer should have verified that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated; the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed; the date(s) of the hazard assessment; and, which identified the document as a certification of hazard assessment.      Facility wide-   On or about December 5, 2013 the employer had neither performed the required hazard assessment for the required personal protective equipment nor had certified such hazard assessment.
