29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:     a) On or about 1/10/14 at the new residence hall construction project located at SUNY Fredonia, Fredonia, New York; in the equipment trailer, a non-metallic sheathed cable had a plug end installed on it and was being used as a flexible cord to power lights and miscellaneous appliances. Non metallic sheathed cable is not listed for use as flexible cord and is not rated for hard or extra hard usage.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIIRED
