29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:   (a)HomeTowne Roofing at 5775 W. 29th St., Building 11, Greeley, CO 80633:  As the controlling employer did not ensure each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.  The employees were engaged in roofing activities without the use of any fall protection system.  This condition exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 23 feet.
