29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:   a) On or about January 15, 2014, the employees were exposed to fire hazard in that the employer did not maintain a clear distance 3 feet under and in front of the circuit breaker panel to permit safe operation and maintenance of equipment.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
