29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems:     a) Southwest of the intersection of Westheimer and Argonne Roads, metal sheets without guardrails' are used as walkways covering portions of a trench, exposing employees to falls hazards.       b) Southwest of the intersection of Westheimer and Argonne Roads, employees were handing tools and materials to at the edge of the trench, exposing employees to fall hazards.
