29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) 113 Washington Avenue, Kearny, NJ: Employees were exposed to falls of up to 15 feet to the ground below from the pump jack scaffold given a possible structural collapse of the scaffold as the scaffold footings were resting on an unstable surface, such as mud. Violation observed on or about 01/15/2014.

Violation observed on or about 11/14/2012.
