29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): Employers shall train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. In the production area, where employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, Calumet 180-210, 903-190 Special Industrial Solvent Denatured Alcohol, Muriatic Acid, and Cell-Kleen HD2, training on the new label elements and safety data sheets formats was not given by the effective date of December 1, 2013.
