The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  On or about 01/15/2014, at the front of the building, the employer allowed his employee to use a JLG articulating aerial lift to repair the windows on the building at at estimated height of forty to fifty feet without fall protection.
