29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket:  a) At 23344 Perdido Beach Blvd Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about January 14, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure his employees working from an elevated aerial lift basket were working with thier feet firmly on the floor of the basket exposing them to fall hazards in excess of 23 feet to the ground below.
