29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    (a) On or about 01/15/14, at the Cambridge Court Townhouse Development, located at Railway Crossing, in Webster, New York, a Dewalt table saw (DW745) was in use without a guard to protect the operator from accidental contact with the moving blade      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  Relocatable power taps are not intended for use at construction sites.      (a)   On or about 01/15/14,  at the Cambridge Court Townhouse Development, located at Railroad Crossing, in Webster, New York, a power strip was in use to feed a Dewalt DW745 table saw and a Dewalt DW708 compound mitre saw.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
