Forever 21 Retail Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315641373, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/01/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Commons Way, Bridgewater, NJ.
