29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs:     a)         At the bottom of the stairs near the Dump Pit, employees are exposed to fall hazards  due to the first step from the concrete to the first tread rise height  was 19 inches, while the other tread rise heights  were an uniform 8 inches each.

29 CFR 1910.24(h):   Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms:   a)         On the stairs near the Dump Pit, employees are exposed to fall hazards  up to 84 inches while using a stairway which was missing  mid rails along the both sides of it.   b)         On the stairs at the top of the section above the Dump Pit, employees are exposed to fall hazards on the north side of the last section of stairs, which was missing  midrails along the south side.
