29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    On or about January 10, 2014, and times prior thereto, employees using high power washer and chemicals were not provided with facilities to drench or flush eyes, or body in case of emergency.  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
