29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:        (a)    On or about 01/16/14, at the Holleder Army Training Center, located on 515 Ridge Road, in Webster, New York, during the installation of exterior panel molding, an employee using an "A-Frame" step ladder, did not use or lock in place the side braces.  The ladder was used in a closed position.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
