29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a) Shop: On or about January 16, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to eye injury while using pressure washer to spray slime coating onto automobiles and while spraying automobiles with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, Acetone, Methyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Acetate, n-Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Alcohol, and Toluene. (Lacquer Thinner) and (Degreaser).
