Employees were exposed to unsanitary conditions in the form of broken floor tiles, lint, trash, dirty laundry, and old equipment on the floor throughout the laundry room; particularly the areas behind the washers and the dryers.  Heavy lint build-up was allowed to accumulate on top of dryers, inside the lint bin located under the dryer, and all over the floor.  The condition in the laundry room exposed employees to slips, trips, falls and a fire hazard because of the excessive lint accumulation.
