29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:       a)    Shop area, west wall, on the 208 volt electrical panel, the panel box had an open breaker space, exposing the current carrying metal parts inside.   b)    Shop area, south wall, on the 208 volt electrical boxes, one directly above the other, both had a round knockout openings that had not been plugged, exposing the current carrying metal parts inside.
