29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): 29 CFR 1919.1200(h)(1):  Employees were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:  a) The employer scheduled floor re-surfacing work by outside contractor(s) within its service builidng(s).  All or part of the floor work was performed while Sansone employee(s) worked within the same building exposed to air contaminants such as silica-laden concrete dust from floor grinding, as well as organic vapors present in the epoxy floor coating(s).  These operations presented new inhalation health hazards to employee(s) such as automotive technicians, to whom supplemental training on health hazards and protective measures was not given.   Condition(s) were noted on or about 1/17/2014.
