Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  5696 I-49 North Service Rd, Opelousas, LA:  On or about January 17, 2014, the employer failed to instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with falls from elevation.  An employees was working from a JLG aerial lift without adequate fall protection.
