29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about January 9, 2014 and at times prior to, employees, who were framing a single-story commercial building, were not protected from falling more than 6-feet to the lower levels.   Denny Mize was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number312121098, citation number 01, item number 09 and was affirmed as a final order on June 21, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6770 Old Jacksonville, Tyler, Texas.
