29 CFR 1926.152(b)(1): In indoor storage of flammable or combustible liquids, more than 25 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids were stored in a room outside of an approved storage cabinet:    a) 26-32 Bridge Street, Corning NY Front - On or about 28 January, 2014 - Employees were working in the building where 60 gallons of Class III and 4 gallons of Class II flammable liquids were stored outside of an approved storage cabinet.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:    a) 26-32 Bridge Street, Corning NY Front - On or about 28 January, 2014 - Employees were working in the building where 60 gallons of Class III and 4 gallons of Class II flammable liquids were being stored in the building and there was not a fire extinguisher provided within 50 feet.
