29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) At the 529 College Highway and the Prifti Way garages in Southwick, MA: On or about January 30, 2014, the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program and employees were not trained on, and did not have access to, Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous materials used in the work areas which is not in accordance with this subpart.
