29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone:     On or about January 30, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when installing stone to the exterior of the building while working from the roof at a height of greater than 6 feet without the use of guardrails systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone.
