29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions:    a) Production Work Area -- On or about January 30, 2014, an employee was observed performing a job task around the electrical cord of an Injection Molding machine that was not protected from abrasion as the cord was routed into an electrical panel box, exposing employees to a shock hazard.
