29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:   On or about January 24, 2014, at 190 NJ Theriot Road, Golden Meadow, LA 70357, an employee was operating a forklift to load cargo onto an 18 wheeler truck.  Upon the completion of loading the truck, the operator proceeded to park the forklift without a clear view of the path of travel and struck a truck driver.
