29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with NFPA No 10A-1970.    a) On or about 01/30/2014 at the east and west side exits of building 944, two portable fire extinguishers were partially discharged exposing employees to a fire hazard.    b) On or about 01/30/2014 at the east and west side exits of building 944, two portable fire extinguishers had not been inspected since the annual inspection (09/2013), exposing employees to a fire hazard.
