29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. On or about January 31, 2014 and at times prior to employees were exposed to crush-by hazards where the overhead storage above the store room was not marked or labeled with the load rating.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater : On or about January 31, 2014, and at times prior thereto, electrical panel boxes, power distribution panels and junction boxes were found with miscellaneous items blocking clearance required in front of and beside to allow for safe working access. The condition exposed employees to increased chance of electric shock. Instance 1 Electrical Panel in Main Bldg. warehouse shop area near backdoor. Instance 2 Electrical Panel in Separate Bldg. 7801 Green D - 9 warehouse shop area.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): On or about and at times prior to January 31, 2014 employees were exposed to shock hazards from contact with electrical wiring where a fluorescent light fixture located above a storage area was missing its cover.
