29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2): The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with sections i and ii of this paragraph (c)(2) for employees who chose to wear respirators where respirator use was not required:  (a) For employees working in the paint booth at 1723 Benbow Court, Apopka, FL 32703 as observed on or about 02-12-2014. Employees are offered a 3M dual cartridge mask without having been provided the Appendix D information and no written respiratory protection program was in place to ensure that employees who chose to use the respiratory were medically able to do so.  The 3M dual cartridge mask is used by employees while fabricating.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the  safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  (a) For employees working at 1723 Benbow Court, Apopka, FL 32703 as observed on or about 02-12-2014 no training was conducted on the new Safety Data Sheets and Pictograms. Some of the chemicals that were used by the employees included but were not limited to Easy Sanding Gray Gel Coat, Lacquer Thinners, Cleaning Solvents, Smooth-Cast 300, 300Q, 305, 310 Part A and B. Main ingredients to these chemicals included but were not limited to are acetic acid, butyl acetate, styrene, silica, ethyl benzene, and petroleum naphtha.
